Terms of Use and Shipping Policy

Age Requirement

To purchase cigars or tobacco products from cigaronline.com.au, you must be at least 18 years old, which is the legal smoking age in Australia. First-time cigarette buyers must provide a current Australian Driver's License or Proof of Age via email.

New Clientele & Purchases

For new clients placing their initial order, cigaronline.com.au may request additional information to verify your identity. In certain situations, we might also require the order payment to be made through Direct Deposit into our account.

Shipping Policies

Standard shipping is complimentary for orders over $300.00 AUD. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. For faster delivery, you can upgrade to express shipping at checkout.

For Sydney orders, we provide same-day delivery, please contact us for more detail.

We do not ship to parcel lockers.

 

Misplaced/Lost Items

CigarOnline.com.au is not responsible for parcels lost during transit but will collaborate with Australia Post to help locate missing items. For full coverage, consider adding extra insurance at checkout.

Unavailable Cigars

If you've ordered an unavailable cigar, you may wait for restocking, choose an alternative, or cancel your order. Your credit card won't be charged until the item is back in stock.

Return & Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method. For credit card payments it may take 2 to 5 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

PLEASE NOTE : all orders where there are no damaged cigars there is a 20% restocking and handling fee on returns.
